May, How ya'll doing today?
I came by and wanted to see dis place and what dey got here. Very Nice..
Anyhow, I am a Cajun Cook and Story Teller that has been doing event and competition cooking for many, many years.. I consider myself a cook not a chef (beat dem folks all da time in the competitions and events)..
But I know the difference.. A cook gets trophys and spends money.. A chef don't get no trophys and makes money..
And, just a foot note.. As an old fashion Cajun Food Cook, I always thought dat you suppose to make your food taste good not look good..
BAM.. What is up wit dat.. huh.. BAM dis..
